REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 
Registration is ongoing.  Please call (773) 873-3005 for an appointment.   Parents receive a $50.00 discount on registration when enrolling their child(ren) during early registration August 1, 2022 - August 19, 2022.

August 1, 2022 – August 19, 2022.  Registration is not considered complete until all records and forms have been received and reviewed, and the admission application, registration fee (waived) and 1^st month tuition payment have been received.  All new students are required to take an assessment test which must be completed and reviewed by the administration prior to acceptance.

TUITION PAYMENT POLICY and PROCEDURES 
 

Acceptable forms of payments are cash, personal check, money order, cashier’s check, credit card and CashApp ($ChicagoSDAShiloh). 

Payment may be paid in advance for the year. Those who pay their entire tuition for the year when registering shall receive a 10% discount. Pre-payment rates are $3,150.00/yr SDA members and $3,375.00/yr for Non SDA members.  

For convenience however, arrangements may be made for payments in monthly installments as listed in Tuition Rates Section. The last monthly installment payment must be made by May 10, 2023. Tuition is due on or before the 10th of each month for those who pay in installments. Students are not permitted to take mid-term or final exams if their tuition is not paid in full. Final report cards or transfers will not be issued to those with delinquent accounts. Graduating students' accounts must be paid in full in order to participate in graduation activities.  Payments submitted after May 10^th, 2023 must be submitted in cash, money order or cashier’s check. (No Personal Checks)

(Time spent in Tutoring or afterschool clubs, when offered, are not calculated as part of the afterschool bill)

*There will be an additional charge of a $1.00 for each minute a child is not pickup up by 6:00 p.m.

*All Before and After School as well as Late Pick-Up Fees are automatically added to monthly statements*

STARTING DATE and ORIENTATION
 

School begins on Monday, August 15, 2022.  Mandatory Orientation for all Parents and Students , Tuesday, August 30th at 6pm.
